Ease of Ordering

We understand that your time is valuable and for this reason we offer you arange of ordering options.

Telephone ordering available between 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
24 hour facsimile services
Internet services checked 8:30 am daily and replied to within 2 hours

* Advise if you would like a telephone confirmation.

To Avoid Disappointment

Ensure your order is with us 48 hours prior to your function.

Opening Hours

Catering available Monday – Friday from 7:45 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday until 12:00 noon.
Please note we are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Payment Terms (7 Days)

For your convenience the following payment options are accepted:

Cash on delivery
Company cheque
VISA, MasterCard, Diners and American Express Credit Card Facilities:
- American Express Credit Card incurs a 2.8% fee
- Diners Credit Card incurs a 4% fee
- VISA and MasterCard Credit Cards incur a .86% fee
Direct Credit

Confirmation

Final numbers for catering are required 2:00 pm the day before the delivery.

Cancellations

Required by 4:00 pm the day before the delivery.
For an order over 100 people a 10% fee applies if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Last Minute Orders

Our staff are on hand to meet your requirements and as a result we will make every effort to provide catering for the last minute orders. Certain menu items do require 24 hours notice.

Deliveries

All deliveries within a 10 km radius of our premises are charged at $15.00 (as of 1^st July 2010) inclusive of GST.
Our drivers will return to collect platters as soon as possible.
Alternative arrangements can be made if this is not suitable.
Deliveries beyond a 10 km radius will be quoted on an individual basis.
Please be advised a minimum total order of $100 is required to have HOT finger foods delivered.

Early Morning Deliveries

All deliveries before 9:30 am are contracted to external couriers and charged at external priority rates.
Please request a quote on all early morning deliveries when ordering breakfasts.
Normal flat rate delivery charges apply after 9:30 am.

Broken or Lost Equipment

Any lost or damaged platters will be charged at the customer's expense and the customer will be notified accordingly.
