Ease of OrderingWe understand that your time is valuable and for this reason we offer you arange of ordering options.
To Avoid DisappointmentEnsure your order is with us 48 hours prior to your function.Opening HoursCatering available Monday – Friday from 7:45 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday until 12:00 noon.Please note we are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Payment Terms (7 Days)For your convenience the following payment options are accepted:
ConfirmationFinal numbers for catering are required 2:00 pm the day before the delivery.CancellationsRequired by 4:00 pm the day before the delivery.For an order over 100 people a 10% fee applies if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Last Minute OrdersOur staff are on hand to meet your requirements and as a result we will make every effort to provide catering for the last minute orders. Certain menu items do require 24 hours notice.DeliveriesAll deliveries within a 10 km radius of our premises are charged at $15.00 (as of 1st July 2010) inclusive of GST.Our drivers will return to collect platters as soon as possible. Alternative arrangements can be made if this is not suitable. Deliveries beyond a 10 km radius will be quoted on an individual basis. Please be advised a minimum total order of $100 is required to have HOT finger foods delivered. Early Morning DeliveriesAll deliveries before 9:30 am are contracted to external couriers and charged at external priority rates.Please request a quote on all early morning deliveries when ordering breakfasts. Normal flat rate delivery charges apply after 9:30 am. Broken or Lost EquipmentAny lost or damaged platters will be charged at the customer's expense and the customer will be notified accordingly. |
